21km jogging combo
1. Before Use:
- Determine running distance and completion goal.
- Check for suitability and allergies to nutritional products at least 2 weeks before the competition.
Energy Bars / Energy Gels:
- Provides additional Carbs to maintain energy.
Electrolytes / Salts:
- Supplement mineral salts to balance electrolytes and limit cramps.
Recuperate:
- Supplement protein after running to support muscle recovery.
2. Before Running:
- Eat an energy bar at least 45-60 minutes before departure.
- Add 1 salt tablet 15 minutes before the race.
3. While Running:
- Salt Tablets:
- Take 1 pill 15 minutes before the race.
- At 7km: Take 1 pill.
- At 14km: Take 1 more pill.
- Gel:
- Provides energy, eat one packet every 6km.
- Avoid drinking when too tired.
- Cramp:
- Drink when cramps appear.
